As we evolve to provide a more integrated AI experience, 3Dpresso will officially end its service on April 25, 2026. However, this is not the end of our journey. We are excited to announce that our 3D generation capabilities will be reborn within our new integrated AI platform, GenPresso.

Please review the following schedule to ensure a smooth transition:

Service Termination Schedule

• Final Service Closure: April 25 (Sat), 2026, 23:59:59 (UTC)
  • After this time, new generation and editing features will be disabled.
• Website Access & Asset Downloads: Until June 30 (Tue), 2026, 23:59:59 (UTC)
  • You may continue to log in and download your existing 3D models until this date. Please ensure all your assets are backed up before the deadline.

Refund Policy for Remaining Beans

We understand you may have unused Beans in your account. Any remaining Beans that are not used by the final service closure date (April 25) will be refunded based on your remaining balance. Detailed instructions on the refund process will be provided in a separate notice soon.

What’s Next? Meet GenPresso

We are working hard to integrate our 3D generation technology into GenPresso, a more powerful and unified AI platform. We will resume our 3D services there shortly. Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for your patience as we prepare this new chapter.
